Implementation and Administration of MS Exchange Server 2007 / 2010 / 2013 with Active Directory.
Backup/Recovery: Working knowledge on Setup and Configuration of native & 3rd party backup management tools for exchange.
Provide tier three troubleshooting support of Exchange issues; investigate user escalation calls, finding optimum solutions for both users and the company.
Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using Powershell.
Take ownership of the most complex messaging issues and work to resolution and root cause identification.
Prepare and present reports on usage and system health as required.
Assist with optimization and load distribution of Mailbox and Archive databases.
Perform testing, quality assurance, and client support independently and with a team.
Preferred having knowledge of Unified Messaging Services.
