- Gather information and understanding from the customer requirements, both from a business and technical perspective.
- Design effective solutions with client focused thinking and strong combination of technical and business relevance.
- Provide network solution design and consulting to customers and to in-house team such as Seniors, Sales person, Installation and service team.
- Should have good networking products knowledge /able to deliver solutions demonstration and Proof-of-concept (PoC).
- Create a trust with customers/client as technical advisor, building business relationship with customer, your sales team and internal teams.
- Lead the meeting and present the network infrastructure solution design to prospective customer.
- Develop solution architecture, able to create detailed equipment list (BoM), build presentations.
